Milla Kimyagarova is an ASHA certified, New York State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, a certified Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped and is trained in PROMPTs for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT-Level II). Ms. Kimyagarova received her Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Queens College, NY in 2003. Areas of specialty include comprehensive communication assessment, childhood apraxia of speech, language learning disability, phonological, oral-motor function, articulation disorders, receptive and expressive language disorders, fluency and voice disorders. From 2003 to 2005, Ms. Kimyagarova was on staff at North Shore Speech Language Associates where she worked with children who had language learning disabilities, voice disorders, apraxia of speech and articulation disorders.

From 2005 to 2008, Ms. Kimyagarova was on staff at the Sunshine Developmental School working with children with cognitive, speech and language disorders. In 2005 Ms. Kimyagarova began supervising Master level student interns to become effective speech and language therapists following graduation. Ms. Kimyagarova is currently providing speech and language therapy at Achievement First Charter School working with children with language learning disability, apraxia of speech and articulation disorders. Further, she is providing treatment in her clinic in Rego Park, Queens; working with adults who have aphasia, fluency disorders and children with articulation and language delays, as well as fluency disorders.
